As a valued partner of Pacific Corrugated Pipe, we appreciate the trust you place in us and our team. The rapidly changing COVID-19 pandemic and corresponding regional, state and national public health guidance and requirements clearly indicate that we are living and working under new circumstances, which create challenges to everyday life and are impacting businesses. Here at Pacific Corrugated Pipe, we place a very high priority on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and vendors. We realize the importance of our products for you, and I am writing to outline how we have modified our operations to respond to the evolving nature of this situation.
We also are instructing our onsite employees to perform social distancing and to maintain 6 feet from other people while onsite at our premises in addition to other hygienic practices and protection measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control on their website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html .
Obviously, this is a very fluid situation and things are changing daily. However, at this time, we will remain open in order to supply current state, county and local agency projects as well as supporting emergency construction projects for our customers with materials and give the best service possible under these circumstances.
With that in mind, we will be implementing a new customer will call policy effective immediately:
- There will be no un-announced will calls. Any customer who attempts to walk into our office to order material will be turned away and asked to coordinate order(s) with our sales team by contacting us by email at info@pcpipe.com or by phone at (949) 650-4555.
- Customers will be notified when their order is complete, we will then schedule a time for it to be picked up. Again, no un-announced will calls will be allowed. When arriving to pickup a pre-scheduled order, we are asking drivers to please remain in your vehicle and call our office at (949) 650-4555 to discuss our then-current procedures for vehicle loading and paperwork transmittal. We have a small office and are utilizing social distancing as much as possible for the safety of everyone.
We understand this is a slight inconvenience and greatly appreciate your cooperation. We will continue to communicate with all of our stakeholders regularly as the situation evolves.
