Newport Beach, CA, August 16, 2021 – Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of stormwater management and construction products, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of its operations by Lane Enterprises. Terms of the transaction, which closed on July 30, 2021, were not disclosed.
For eighty-eight (88) years, Pacific Corrugated Pipe Company has been serving the construction industry and producing a broad array of both corrugated metal and corrugated plastic pipe, along with complementary fittings and drainage accessories. The Company’s diverse customer base is supported by five well positioned fabricating and manufacturing facilities located in: Fontana and Sacramento, CA, Eugene and Hubbard, OR and Casa Grande, AZ.
